The capital of southern Kurdistan was attacked by Iran with at least 12 ballistic missiles last night. It was clear that the missiles were fired from outside Iraq’s borders and aimed at several important buildings, including the US consulate and the TV channel K24.
We strongly condemn this terrorist act by the occupying state of Iran. Let them know that the Kurdish nation around the world will, as a united nation, defend its gains that have cost thousands of lives and not allow the occupiers to destroy the peace in South Kurdistan.
We appeal to the international community to strongly condemn Iran’s terrorist attack in Southern Kurdistan.
